Our Mission

Wilm&a was founded by Laila Valterio, driven by her strong desire to shift the prevalent ‘divide to conquer’ attitude towards leadership that has unfortunately been setting women backward for far too long. Instead, her vision seeks to cultivate and foster a vibrant community of diverse and supportive leaders who draw inspiration from one another in meaningful ways. Wilm&a builds purposeful and transformative connections among its members, formally establishing a global squad of cheer-LEADERS who lend their voices and authenticity for the benefit of all women around the world, helping to create a more inclusive and empowering environment for future generations.

wilm&a is an online community of women at various stages of their leadership journey and from all around the globe willing to share their experiences and aspirations to help each other unleash their full potential and tackle gender equality.
