wilm&a was founded by Laila Valterio through her desire to shift ‘the divide to conquer’ attitude towards leadership that has been setting women backwards - instead, fostering a community of diverse and supportive leaders who draw inspiration from each other.
wilm&a builds purposeful connections among its members by discussing and sharing insights on books, films, and any others resources that touch on the most pressing challenges faced by women in leadership roles today.
wilm&a is the evolution of this book club into a global squad of leaders lending their voices and authenticity for the benefit of all women around the world.
