Wilm&a is an online community of women at various stages of their leadership journey and from all around the globe willing to share their experiences and aspirations to help each other unleash their full potential.
Wilm&a builds purposeful connections among its members by discussing and sharing insights on books, films, and any others resources that touch on the most pressing challenges faced by women in leadership roles today.
Having started a book club while completing the Women in Leadership course at Oxford University on the same topic, I drew on the interest and energy of my fellow alumnae to establish wilm&a: Women in Leadership, Mentorship & Allyship.
Wilm&a is the evolution of this book club and my desire to shift the ‘divide to conquer’ attitude and into a global squad of leaders lending their voices and authenticity for the benefit of all women around the world.
