Wilm&a events offer leadership tools, resources, and networking opportunities along with consultancy services. We partner with motivated organisations and individuals looking at tackling gender inequality and accelerating women in leadership growth at any stage in their journey.
Our events look at putting lived experiences into practice, underpinned with research and academia to set you up for success, break barriers and pay it forward.
Our events have reached over 2000 registrations globally.
Our speakers and contributors range from academia, authors, internationally recognised coaches and speakers to women in the public sector, private sector C-suite.
Our wilm&a network is a diverse community working across all continents and sectors.
For me, our pillars represent our ongoing development, re-examination, awareness and impact for women on their leadership journey. Our pillars will expand to facilitate ongoing change and work that impact this wicked problem of diversity, equity and inclusion. We will fill these pillars with key ingredients, frame works, perspectives, resources and more to tackle organisation culture, unconscious bias, breaking barriers and social impact.
